Summary
Nato the North Atlantic Treaty Organization was founded in 1949, made in the reaction to the Russians and the blocking of the train tracks into Berlin. As united countries the Russians felt like it was an attack on them; therefore, forming the Warsaw Pact in conjunction with this.
